| Name: Miyu, Esmeralda Rank: Cero Espada (Marked as Espada 10 Due to Cero being a secret) Age: 700 (Looks about 17 or 18) Appearance: - Spoiler:
She is a tall woman, standing about 5'9". She is pale white, and looks quite reminiscent to (Ulquiorra) an arrancar who's yet to be named. She wears a typical customized female arrancar kimono, a hole right between the upper half of her breasts. Her left sleeve is completely missing from the ensemble, replaced by a black arm-length glove. Her right sleeve is present and has a small belt wrapped around the elbow area (doesn't inhibit movement). Wearing a form-hugging sash around her waist, the right side of the lower kimono is missing, and pretty much totally bare, save for a pair of tight shorts. The left side of the kimono is present. She wears tight upper shin-high boots. Her mask fragment covers a whole side of her head, covering her ear, and then a little hair-pin fragment in her hair. Her zanpakuto is mounted on her back. Gender: Female Personality: It is crazy to be... rebellious in the higher ranks of the arrancar military? It does seem that way doesn't it. She is a rebel in her heart, thinking that arrancar are all abominations. As such, she is a bit of a self-loather. However, she is still a loyal 'soldier', due to her want to survive and the fact that she isn't exactly a well-liked Arrancar amongst most of the Shinigami, being noted as Espada 10, she is known for her combat skills without releasing her power. She is a keen fighter with reflexes faster than lightning. She moves so fast its like she perceives time completely differently from others. She is known to be a little sadistic and a little masochistic. In combat, she doesn't really hold back, but she also doesn't go all out usually. Likes: Shinigami, Pain (to an extent), and Slight Rebellions Dislikes: Arrancar, Complete Loyalists, and Going All-Out Specialties: She is ambidextrous, like... REALLY Ambidextrous. She is a hell of a cook (in a good way) despite not actually needing food. She will dance and sing you back to your momma! History:- Human Life:
She was born in Japan, into a family of 7 with three siblings. She was the eldest one fore a while. Throughout her life she was a successful person. She commonly got perfect report cards, with people who read it out loud, may as well have screamed out loud, because that would be the proper pronunciation of such. Being the oldest, she was given the treatment that actually worked to put her into a disposition.
In school she was a choir success, and a wonderful tap dancer, and won prizes at the local talent shows. She was completely set in life... however she had a little secret. She was a superhuman at the time as well. She never really did anything about, but she could see hollows and shinigami. She always acted like they weren't there, even when confronted on her odd 'spiritual pressure' by the shinigami.
She doesn't even know what her powers were at the time. However, her life was tragically cut short, by a car accident.
- Plus Time:
She had a surprisingly short chain, it was slowly disintegrating and stuff, but it barely dangled a feet feet. This was made worse by the panic of running around and away from hollows. She was never found by a Shinigami, however, she was found by a roaming Arrancar. She had her chain forcefully ripped from her chest, and forced her to become a hollow. She was a plus for about 1 week.
- Hollow Time:
From then on, she was pretty much a slave to this arrancar. She had no idea, why this person, who looked a lot like a shinigami, turned her into a hollow, but she was then a hollow. It was at that point when she was given the name, Esmeralda Miyu. She would follow around this person, and was made to fight hollows by the dozen to actually survive. It was more for the entertainment of her 'master', but she would die if she didn't fight them all off. She would then be forced to actually eat the hollows' corpses, just a bite from each.
This happening, the Arrancar had actually helped her a bunch and increased her power exponentially. There was even something of a love affair between them. (It was sickening at the time, don't ask the details). However like all good things, a horrible thing had to happen to balance out the universe. By the time the Arrancar had made her a Vasto Lorde, a Shinigami had come and killed the Arrancar. Almost killed her too, if it weren't for her much more suitable powers to fight the shinigami off.
She wandered Hueco Mundo a few hundred more years, and was soon discovered by a kind-looking Shinigami. She was completely prepared to kill this man, however instead, she was met halfway by a few dozen Arrancar, who retrained her and almost killed her. Just as she was accepting death, her mask was shattered by a strange little sphere.
- Espada Time (To Present):
Instantly, she jumped up and slayed all of the Arrancar with her newfound power pressurized into a small body much like her old living one and a strange-looking sword. She killed them all within a matter of minutes, and proceeded to devour them by habit. That was the whole execution squad at the time when she killed them.
Seeing her excellent power (she did that without even releasing, because she didn't know how), she was given a seal on her person, becoming an Espada of the highest rank. From then on she was given some basic sword wielding lessons, and learned of how to release her power and seal it back up.
Esmeralda, now the most powerful of the Espada, the most powerful of the Arrancar, is only secretly so. She is marked with a seal double the strength of the other espada, as number 10. But when she releases that seal, not her power but her seal, she can show her real power.
Living like this though, she learned that she was a cannibalistic abomination, not meant to be of this world. She learned that she no longer needed to feed on the dead bodies of the slain, as she was not given any further power from it. She got over this habit and for some reason, envies the Shinigami. For their stable powers. She was a hybrid of a demon and an angel, and the result was a monster. To this day... she is a slight rebel, committing acts of rebellion, in a subliminal way, to which she cannot be 'blamed' for it.
Sample Chapter: - Nobody on FFRequiem:
I looked over the smörgåsbord he had placed before us. Looking over it all, I noticed that it smelled a lot like Kupo Nuts. I blinked as I eventually decided on what I wanted. "I'll just have some watermelon," I said, looking at a plate with sliced up watermelon sitting next to the elegantly made cake. I didn't show any emotion, but when I said watermelon, Coryn went off.
"Dude! There's watermelon? Where!?" he asked, frantically looking around. It seemed as though watermelon was among his favorite foods. I looked at him then back at the watermelon. Mmm.... watermelon. Coryn looked around frantically and then got angry at me and glared said, "Come on! Don't hold out!" I glanced at him and then blinked, "Do you want to become the comic relief of the day?"
Coryn blinked and remembered what I did to comic relief characters and calmed down.
Then Zephyr introduced himself and asked of us. I looked at him, without emotion, seeming very cold, while Coryn started. "I'm Coryn Reiko, Ex-Headmaster of Balamb Garden, recently deceased, then resurrected," he said, in an introductory kind of manner.
I looked at Coryn with his big fancy title and stuff. I nodded and turned my head to Zephyr and simply said, "Nobody." That was in an introductory manner, so it was simply how I introduced myself.
