Appearance: The appearance of Fulmine overall changes very little. These minor changes include his eyes become glassier and almost white entirely but the pupil and iris are still slightly visible. In addition his hands are both marked with various symbols that represent lightning bolts all around like if people had been adding the design for years on end. If he is wearing his gloves then the markings appear on them as well as his hands.

Enhanced Appearance: In hyper mode Fulmine's apperance is similar to his initial release, however the level of power he possesses within him is so great that it often bursts out of him. Meaning, that his eyes are surrounded by a wide veil of red lightning and every so often his body will spark out small bolts of lightning.

Family: Lightning

Initial Ability: With this activated Fulmine is able to draw out electricity from his body and use it in various ways to protect himself and others. This electricity can be shot out of his limbs and chest like a shotgun or other various methods can be used like drawing it into his palm which can cause paralysis upon contact, with skin to skin, for 2 posts, if they can get out with an ability then they can, unless then they are trapped. All uses of his electricity are possibly up to 500,000 volts unless he himself is actually struck by another source of lightning, whether that source is natural or the ability of another person, then his attacks can be up to 2,000,000 volts in damage strength. This spike is lasting for two rounds then Fulmine is not able to be charged again by another source for two rounds after that.

Hyper Ability: By sending up a powerful volt of electricity into the sky Fulmine is able to use the accumulated heat to produce a total thunder storm. This storm produces lightning and an immense amount of rain as well as thunder and black clouds. The only thing that is able to be controlled by ful in this storm is the lightning itself, everything else is merely a byproduct of the weather. This lightning ranges from 500,000 to 1,000,000 volts per bolt and as such controlling this amount of energy can wear out the user, this is why he is only able to keep up this level of power of controlling the bolts for a total of four rounds then he has to revert to his basic ability for another six. This storm continues for eight rounds after it started and can’t be produced again for the rest of the fight. To wrap this up, while in his evolved state Fulmine is still able to use the powers of his normal ability.

Name: Rotating Thunder Circus
Effect: Fulmine cover himself in a sphere of pure electric energy that can be conducted by water to run out farther as well as run along metal but only for as long as the user spins, as soon as the rotation stops all the electric energy is neutralized from causing any further damage. This cloak of electric energy is unstable and at times sparks of electricity will fling off and attack either the closet thing or the object with the highest rate of conduction properties. The defensive properties of this technique is that it can block almost any oncoming assault the is non physical. Any physical contact with the sphere will result in a 2 post sensation of extreme numbness in the half of the body where contact was made.
