Artificial Soul Ability Template
Name: Cut-Man
Appearance: While this is active, he will appear as completely unchanged, aside from any time he uses it. In fact it is always active, and it only appears to be used is when it is used.
Family: Metal
Ability: Passively, this makes his body and skin as hard as steel, no matter what body he is in, he will be as hard as steel. This ability allows him to create blades from his own self. There is no limit to where on himself or how many he can make, given enough room is present on his person. There is also no limit to the shape of the blade, though the size cannot extend more than three inches past his skin. These can become animated and rotate or vibrate to increase his cutting power. By himself, he is the ultimate sword, and rarely needs a weapon. It also appears that his clothing takes after him when he is in a body wearing clothing, and works like he does. He is also Non-Conductive.
Techniques:
Name: Shredder Kenpou
Effect: He will make a dozen little circle saw blades around his forearms and lower legs from ankles to knee. These will rotate rapidly, and slice anyone that touches them with ease. He will then begin to melee the enemy. He can use this to completely wreck an enemy or a terrain. With every attack, he also uses a burst of reiatsu, which slices in various patterns on a wide range, enough to topple large buildings into nice big chunks. If the attack hits, this can easily kill an enemy, if it is blocked, the enemy goes unharmed but anything behind them gets cut up by the reiatsu burst.

Name: Sharpen
Effect: This skill will sharpen his blades to the point where there is absolutely nothing he cannot cut through. Using this, he can slice clean through even diamond. However there is a catch, he must weaken his own body to the strength of iron instead of steel because the blades are now very thin near the end. This means during the duration of this, he will be easier to cut than normal.

Name: All-Defense
Effect: This skill allows him to make himself incredibly dense, making it so that absolutely nothing can cut him, literally. Using this, nothing can cut him or cause him harm beyond feeling like a scratch was made though there wasn't one. The catch is, any blade that he makes is now much duller than other blades. Not weak, but the blades will have trouble cutting anything now, because they are dull. During the duration of this, he will have a harder time cutting anything.
